The pregnant effect

I bought this beautiful dress in Zara yesterday, it was on sale (€ 20!). I couldn't try it on in the store because it was the first summer sale day and there was a long line outside the fitting room. I was praying for the dress to fit me somehow...but being 6 months pregnant didn't help. At all.
Should I keep it for summer 2012 or just return it...?
